I am the Keeper of the Secret Handbook 4 Teens.

Ok, I guess I should come clean about something. I’m not the only keeper of this Secret Handbook to happiness. In fact, there are lots and lots and lots of people (both here and departed) who actually had and have a whole lot more information, truths, insights, inspirations, and secrets than I. That said, I am a ravenous seeker, compiler, distiller and communicator of information with a desire to see the world be a better place.

Basically, I feel like there’s a lot of important stuff you need to know now that will help you lead a happy, abundant, love-filled life and I’ve decided to share it with you. My desire to share it is because I believe you need to learn these secrets while you’re still young but I also have completely selfish reasons for wanting to share it too.

Here’s the thing, I need you to be your best self because I believe you have to the power to save the world. But no pressure or anything.

So, who am I? I am Dr. Dale. I am a Ph.D. scientist, motorcycle rider, wife, step-mom, daughter, sister, rabbit owner, lover of animals and all things cute,  communicator, life coach, and a student of life.  More importantly, I was once a teenager like you and I really wish someone had clued me in to these secrets then because I’m pretty sure they would have helped along the way. If nothing else, someone could have warned me off big 80s hair.

But enough about me. While I might be the one sharing information and typing stuff into this site, it’s really yours. So, you tell me what questions you need answered or what you need help with and I’ll try my best to help you figure it out.
